This shadowing course offers students the opportunity to attend in person, use studio equipment, and follow along as the presenter streams live and interacts remotely. In both Part 1 and Part 2 of the workshop, the focus will be on “The Set-Up!”—emphasizing the correct body placement at the start of each exercise.
